Baje23 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3Age Verification

Baje23 gaming services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account on baje23. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious offence and may result in legal action.

Baje23 reserves the right to verify the age of any member. Government-issued documents such as a national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for verification. Failure to provide proof of age will result in permanent account closure.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits on baje23 are accepted in BDT. Currently supported deposit methods include Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. baje23 reserves the right to add new payment methods or discontinue existing ones.

• The minimum deposit amount applies as specified on the platform
• Deposits are usually processed instantly; if there's a delay, please contact support
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Using a third-party payment method may result in account suspension
• Save your transaction ID once a deposit has been made successfully

5Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal on baje23. Withdrawals may only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit and must be registered under the same name.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirements are met
• Suspicious activity may require additional time for withdrawal verification
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount
• If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the withdrawal may be cancelled entirely

6Bonuses & Promotions

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be considered void
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a software error in any game, baje23 reserves the right to void that win
• Playing simultaneously from multiple devices is prohibited
• Using automated bots or software to play games is prohibited
• Misconduct toward a dealer in Live Casino may result in account suspension

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baje23 and may result in legal action:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Chargebacks or payment fraud
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Accessing or using another member's account information

9Account Closure

Members can request to close their account at any time by emailing our support team or reaching out via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Baje23 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions
• If fraudulent activity is detected
• If age verification fails
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period

Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure; however, bonus-related funds may not be refundable.
